Hi everyone, for this first entry, you will learn how to make one of the traditionnal Canadian meal: Le paté chinois.
First of all, you will need
1- Chopped meat
2- Ognions
3- Cream Corn
4- Corn
5- Canned peas
6- Potato
7- Milk
8- Salt
9- Margarine
First step, Prepare the potato
1-Remove the skin of the potatos
2- Slice the potato for optimal Baking
3- Put potato in water, and make it boil
Second step, cutting ognion while potato are in the water
1- Remove skin
2- Cut the ognion
3- Cry
4- Finish cutting ognion
5- Toast the ognion in a large stove
Third step, when the ognion are cooked
1- Put chopped steak in the large stove
2- wait until the steak is cooked
Fourth step, When potato are ready
1- Transform the sliced potato into mashed potato
2- Put Milk, Salt and Margarine into the sliced potato before mashed them
3- Open oven at 350 F
Fith step, in large bowl that you can put to oven
1- Put the ognion/steak
2- Put the Corn and peas over the steak
3- Put the mashed potato over the vedgetable
4- Put some parika on the potato
5- Leave the dish for 10-15 min in the oven or until the potato begin to golden
